Any diabetics out there with an insulin pump? Question about being intimate...?

My girlfriend soon to be wife has an insulin pump and I'm curious to know if it'll be a problem at all during intimacy. I'm sure she'll take out her inset since her blood sugar would drop during activity, but I'm just curious to know others' experiences so I know what to expect. Thanks!
