That kind of rapid weight loss is inviting trouble. Healthy weight loss is usually defined as 1 to 2 pounds per week maximum, just keep up with your diet and exercise and your metabolism will start ramping up and burning more and more fat. If you try to drop weight that quickly most of the time your going to just put it right back on because your body does not have time to adjust.
