l problems and need help?

this morning i realized i yet again had another yeast infection.but i never get and discharge just the itching and burning.i was wondering if i left it untreated will it go away on its own?i had one last month around the same time and i do not know what is causing it.also i have these little bumps down there almost look like boils but they are just sore and sting.i get one at a time.my family said they always get them and its due to hormones and stuff.i am confused on what to do.buying the monistat gets expensive every month and i do not have medical insurance.someone help!!!!
