Why doesn't someone breed a hemp with 0% TCH content to make the lawmakers/bureaucrats happy?

Because its not all about the THC...hemp is one of the strongest fibers ever. If they started using it like they could... dupont(plastics) and the logging industries would go under. I guarantee a lot of your top government officials have monies buried in those corporations.
