Gift ideas for my boyfriend?

I am putting together a hamper of gifts for my boyfriend for xmas (this is our first xmas together) as he enjoys being pampered and well groomed, I have so far included some muscle soak, some fancy deoderants, a loofa and a hand held back mager and a john butler trio cd. I am now clean out of ideas on what else to add I have only a small budget of $100 left to spend! =( I don't want to restrict it to 'bathroom' products so am open to all suggestions, just really need help on ideas for what else to add... cheers guys =)
