Hormone induced body acne... treatment? Or time heals all wounds?

Basically, I was taking Testosterone Propionate stacked w/Deca and Winstrol for approx. 8 weeks. Great results, but side effects. My back has never "broke out" before all this. I have heard that it's like putting yourself through puberty again... basically I'm wondering will it just go away or will i need treatment. Severity on a scale of 1-10 is probably a 4 or 5 compared to the worst i've seen.
