HELP!!! anyone who can give me any type of advice!!?

My last normal period was August 27th. Yesterday morning I started to have a brownish discharge in scarce amounts. As the day went on it got more red. I had taken a HPT already on October 4th, which was negative. I only bleed as if I had a period when I make a bowel movement and it is very red and "sticky looking". When I urinate, there is a small amount on blood when I wipe. I called the doctor and the earliest they will take me is November 19th. what is going on with me?? it is completely possible to be pregnant because the two weeks after my period ended my boy friend and I had several times where he finished in me. please help me calm my mind.
