How can i get a copy of my ex boyfriends autopsy report? hopefully frankie can answer!?

he ped away almost 4 years ago and we have an 8 year old together. he was out of town working when i had our daughter and i left the state when she was 5 months old so he never signed her birth certificate. his mom has sinced ped away so she cant help me and his brother who is ill has come to stay with us but they say he cant get the report which i was told has barrys dna so that i can have a paternity test done. yes, i know our daughter is entitled to money due to his death, but to me more important is that she is entitled to her fathers name on her birth certificate. can you give me any suggestions frankie?
