"I got the job offer from bahrain got visa also,now company is saying they will not give initial ticket or acc?

"I got the job offer from bahrain got visa also,now company is saying they will not give initial ticket or temporary accommodation".Does the company can do that as i read some where that company has to provide the initial tickets for the employee and also family for entering Bahrain.Pl clarify.
