Cat urinating on cloth items and licking himself bald?

My 6 year old male purebred (expensivee) has started to urinate every where on cloth items from dirty clothes in the hamper, beds, to clean towels. I'm sure it's psychological has he used his litter box all the time up until the last year. And during the last years he has lost the hair on the back of all four legs and I'm sure ishim licking himself bald, but I have to admit I've never seen him lick himself anymore than any cat does in normally cleaning himself so him licking himself bald is only an umption. But any help will be greatly appreciated as I'm not about to get rid of him. And I think all these problems are psychological but he's a very friendly happy cat and doesn't seem to ever be upset. And I've put a total of 4 litter boxes in the house now with clumping litter in them and I keep them cleaned out daily as there's a total of 5 cats in the house. B ut he along with his Burmese mate never go outside. They've always been house cats.
