Do T Blades fit on size US 4.5 hockey skates?

Im planning on getting nike bauer vapor xvi or xxii skates and im wondering if t blades will fit on them cuz i wear size 4.5 skate and i saw somewhere that the smallest size they fit on was 5.5 but i didnt no if it waz true. im hoping they fit on my size but i dont have the sk8s yet 2 c what the blade size is soo if u know plzz help thnx
