Felons have alot of rights taken from them. Surely, when they pay their debt to society some rights should be returned to them. Felons today can't hold most jobs or go to college because of their record. Then, how are they to support themselves? That rule just guarantees a high rate of returning to crime to just support yourself. As for voting, well, you lost that right in many states. It should be up to the state to decide if you get that right back.
