Is it safe to keep a fancy goldfish in a 1 or 2 gal tank?

well my local fish stores sell baby fancy goldfish that are only about 1in long I was just wondering if it would be of to keep them in a 1 or 2 gal tank , I was thinking about maybe getting eaither bubble eye, fan tail, moor, or lionshead
