Is this professional or is it just me?

My wife works out of town. One night after work she had dinner plans with a sales rep. This is normal for her job. He suggested picking her up at her hotel, then proceeded to drive to Carmel, about an hour and a half away. This is where he was staying. She called me at 12:30am to tell me she was back at her room. I told her he was looking to hook up. She says I am just being jealous. I have never been upset before during the many times she has had dinner meetings before.
