Give him time. He's being honest with you and I think you should respect that. He doesn't want to say it and not truly mean it. I think that's a respectable thing to say. You've only been dating for 3 months, and he's been burned in past relationships, so it is very understandable that he doesn't want to quickly jump to the conclusion that he "loves" you when right now things could just be going good and in another month that could all change. Give him time and don't pressure him. He'll say it when he's ready to and as he said, when he means it. Good luck!
