My 1 month boy doesnt poop?

I have a 1 month baby boy he won't have a normal poop for up to a week but 'skidmarks' very littel not even halfa tsp worth no were near normal poop is there a meicine or a drink I can give him to help him most of the time hell push kick and cry but nothing happens so I think he's constipated I could be wrong going to the peditrician tomarrow gripe water does not help at all
