This is embrsing but i need help?

im uncut and the foreskin is too tight and i cant pull it back.. u know wat i mean? like the head and the inside head hurts when i touch it but it has always been that way maybe coz its not exposed to air and im scared of " f-ing" coz it would hurt since the skin wont go back i need help i cant talk to my parents about it coz its weirdd
