Do you believe Jesus is God?

God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit are God expressed in three ways. Why would Jesus say in Matthew 27:46 "My God, My God, why hast thou forsaken me" if he was God. Would he be talking to himself, asking why he forsake his self? Whenever he prayed thoughout the bible, was he talking to himself? I think not.
