PLEASE HELP!!!! CALF TROUBLES..... :((((?

our little calf has been through alot in the past two days, we bought her at an auction house with another calf close to the same age as her (about 8 months not for sure) that was kinda crazy. while we had them in the trailer, the angus calf got rammed a couple times. the next day, she was really weak, and had blood in her stool and also had a slight cough, we had a family friend come out and give her a dose of peniciline, that was yesterday. yestarday evening, we bought her some dewormer, some powder to mix into her water that contains electrolytes and medicine for scours which she had bad. this morning i gave her a second dose of peniciline, and mixed the powder into her water and got her to drink it but we arent gonna give her the dewormer till het scours gets better, she is strong again and doin fine, but this morning i saw her scratching her eye. i just went to check on it, and it is really red and almost closed and covered in eye mucus...wat do i do for that? please help!!
