Questions to ask Dr. Frankenstien in a Mock Trial?
My Med Law & Ethics cl is having a mock trial of Frankenstien vs. The Creature. Dr Frankenstien is being sued for negligence and abandonment. I am on the defense, what are some good questions to as the Dr? any good questions to ask the Creature on cross examination?
